WINE PHILOSOPHY

Careful maintenance of our wineyards is the base for the numerously awarded quality of our wines. In our wine cellars which are equipped according to the most modern standards we treat our grapes with most care and vinify them in steel casks or in wooden barrels.

Our cellarmaster Martin Schröcker´s concentration is especially focused on the vinification of clear wines that show the distinct bouquet of the particular sorts. Long before the grapes can be harvested we make sure for the quality of the future wines by diligently picking work on the leaves and by selectively reducing the yield.

We harvest the grapes as late as possible in order to bring only fully maturematerial to vinification. Our ultimate convictions concerning the work in the wineyard and in the cellar are thoroughness and cleanness. The typical character of the sort and good potability are the attributes of our wines.
